Refund Policy

1. 24-Hour Money-Back Guarantee

HostServy offers a 24-hour money-back guarantee on eligible services. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of service activation; requests beyond this window will not be accepted.

2. One Refund Per Account

Only one refund is allowed per customer account. Transaction fees and setup fees are non-refundable.
Once a client has been refunded for one of his services, he/she can not claim for refund on another services.

3. Credit Balances

Credit balance within your HostServy account is non-refundable and can only be used toward future purchases or invoice settlements.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Issues with third-party software, bot failures, or malfunctioning add-ons
Wrong plan selection or changes of mind
Requests for a new IP address
Any service terminated due to violations of our Terms of Use (e.g., hacking, spam, abuse)

5. Service-Specific Refund Policies

Shared RDP: Refunds apply only if the service is cancelled within 24 hrs. of Order Placed. Exciding this window No Refund is applicable.

Private RDP / VPS: No refunds are available once services are delivered or activated. Refunds apply only if the service is not delivered.
Dedicated Servers / Dedicated RDP: No refunds are available once services are delivered or activated. Monthly pre-payments are non-refundable, and any sign-up incentives are void upon cancellation.
NOTE: No Refund is applicable for all when payment made through BitCoin or any other crypto payment.

6. Billing Disputes

Any billing issues or overcharge disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes directly filed with PayPal, your credit card issuer, or any third party without first notifying us will result in immediate account termination and loss of refund eligibility.

7. Alternate Refund Methods

If we are unable to refund through your original payment method, the refund may be issued as a credit to your HostServy account.

8. Policy Violations

Any violation of our Terms of Service disqualifies you from receiving a refund. HostServy reserves the right to deny or grant partial refunds at its sole discretion. Please review our policies carefully before placing an order.
